What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

You will normally receive a confirmation email within an hour of completing your order. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder first.


If you have a customer account, you can also view your order there.


If you don't find an order confirmation there either, please contact our customer service. We will then check whether we have received your order.
